ubroadcast makes every effort to ensure a safe environment for our users. Careful use and adhering to our guidelines should make your experience a safe and enjoyable one.

Please remember that ubroadcast may not be suitable for minors, and parents are strongly advised to supervise what content minors are exposed to.

Here are a few safety tips and things to remember about ubroadcast:
  • ubroadcast is not governed by FCC regulations and is uncensored.
Since our broadcasters are mostly independent, and our programming is broadcasted over the Internet, our stations are not subject to censorship laws. While we make every effort to provide programming ratings, we can not be sure that some stations won’t use graphic language regardless of the listed rating.

  • Harassment, hate speech and inappropriate or illegal content should be reported.
If you feel someone's behavior is inappropriate or a broadcaster is violating our terms and conditions of use, please report them to us at abuse@ubroadcast.com.

  • Look out for phishing and other scams.
Phishing is a method used by thieves to try to get your personal information, such as your username and password or banking information, by pretending to be a site you trust. If you receive a suspicious email from ubroadcast, report it to us at abuse@ubroadcast.com.

  • Don't forget that what you broadcast is heard by the public.
Don't broadcast or talk about anything you wouldn't want the world to know (e.g., your phone number, address, IM screens name, or specific whereabouts). Think twice before posting a photo on your profile or broadcasting something you wouldn't want your parents or boss to see.

  • Don't mislead people to think that you are someone else or that you're older or younger.
Never mislead listeners or viewers of your profile that you are someone you’re not, or give false information about your age, especially in claiming to by over 18 if you are not.

  • People aren't always who they say they are. Be careful about your interactions.
Broadcasting or listening on ubroadcast can be an interactive process that allows you the opportunity to interact with others. Avoid meeting people in person whom you do not know. If you must meet someone, do it in a public place and bring a friend or trusted adult.
